Monday 14th April & Wednesday 16th April
12:30pm - 3:30pm
Cost $140 per player
Venue: Duncraig Recreation Centre 

Players will be given a break half way through, please bring a snack

These School Holiday Advanced WABL Player workouts are for WABL players only, and not suitable for Domestic players. Players must be selected to a 2025 WABL team to be eligible for this program.  

Please wear an Armstrong Basketball reversible training singlet (available to purchase at checkout), or your WABL reversible training singlet.  

Players will be challenged and skills will be taught at game pace.  Athletes will be put through their paces to ensure they stay at peak WABL conditioning during the holiday break.
