WABL Player Advanced Holiday Workouts (2010 & 2011 born)

U16 WABL Girls (2025 WABL Div 1-4)
Friday 17th January 9:00am - 12:00pm
Cost $75 per player
Venue: Duncraig Recreation Centre

These School Holiday WABL Player Advanced Workouts are for WABL players only, and not suitable for Domestic players.

Players must be selected to a 2024 State Champs team or 2025 WABL team in divisions 1-4 to be eligible for this program.

Please wear an Armstrong Basketball reversible training singlet (available to purchase at checkout), or your WABL reversible training singlet.

Players will be challenged and skills will be taught at game pace. Athletes will be put through their paces to ensure they stay at peak WABL conditioning during the holiday break.
