These School Holiday WABL Player Advanced Workouts are for WABL players only, and not suitable for Domestic players. Players must be selected to a 2024 State Champs team or 2025 WABL team in divisions 1-4 to be eligible for this program. Players selected to Divisions 5 & 6 are eligible to attend our WABL Development Programs, link here
Players will be challenged and skills will be taught at game pace. Athletes will be put through their paces to ensure they stay at peak WABL conditioning during the holiday break.
Please wear an Armstrong Basketball reversible training singlet (available to purchase at checkout), or your WABL reversible training singlet.
